We are closed through August 2015

Hello Dear Tribe, Thanks for everyone who stocked up for August while we are closed. Yes, we are moving. But, our gluten free, dairy free, soy protein free, vegan bakery will reopen!  On July 24 we closed our doors on South Tamarac and we are packing for our new location.  The question of the least few weeks has been:  Where are you going???? I know, I know everyone is anxious. We are too. But I don’t want to jump the gun. At this point, our new space terms have not been finalized.  Keep checking Facebook and this site for the big news. We’ll post it as soon as we seal the deal! Have a safe month during August, stay hydrated, and we will see you soon. Greetings from The Gluten Escape! If you are new to our email list, WELCOME to the GE tribe! If you are a veteran, go check out our NEW website!!!!!  (It’s got photos and a video. Pretty cool.) I’ve been remiss in our email list so bear with me (please) as I get it ironed out. If at any time you wish to be removed from this mailing, click ‘unsubscribe’ to be unsubs’tribe’d, hah! As I said, there are new members joining our tribe. We’re grateful to all of you for spreading the word about our little bakery. For those who are new, please take note that (1) we confirm each order by phone, not email. (2) Orders which are not placed at least 48 hours (of production time) prior to pick up are considered RUSH orders and charges apply.  Why do we not take email orders? We want to hear your order and confirm your order, to make sure we get it right. Why do we need so much time? Each item we make is made according to a production schedule, by a human being, who takes the time to do it right. If we change our schedule to accommodate your rush, charges apply. If you know you have a special occasion, please order early. The hard part is that there are times when 48 or 72 hours is not enough time for us to make a special something, for your someone special.
